Air conditionné et pompe à chaleur

L'appartement NORA à Florence, est doté de 5 (cinq) appareils intérieurs accrochés au mur pour l'air conditionné. Chaque pièce et chaque chambre en particulier, en plus de la zone jour et la zone relaxation, ont la possibilité de maintenir une température adéquate au maximum confort.

Tout ceci est nécessaire surtout dans la période estivale où les températures à Florence résultent hautes. En hiver on peut utiliser les appareils pour la production d’air froide aussi pour la production d’air chaud. De tout façon l'appartement est doté d’une installation de chauffage séparée; ça fait supposer qu’ il n’est pas nécessaire l'utilisation de ces appareils dans la période hivernal.

Luxueuse chambre avec lit à deux places

L'appartement NORA - zone San Lorenzo - Florence – est doté de trois chambres à coucher.
La première, la chambre luxueuse, a un lit à deux places à baldaquin en fer battu peint de blanc et chromé, des draperies de tissu en teinte à l’ameublement.
En outre elle est doteé di une armoire à portes coulissantes dans laquelle ranger la garde-robe.

On accéde à travers une historique porte cochère et le palais est muni d’ascenseur, la place devant l’église et le palais où se trouve l'appartement ont été à peine restructurés et le pavement, complètement arrangé donne une nouvelle sensation de soin.

NORA flat- San Lorenzo area - Florence, is situated on the third and top floor of an historic Florentine Palace in Piazza San Lorenzo, just next to the St. San Lorenzo’s Basilica, famous to have been the church of the Medici from the beginning until the Granduchi of Tuscany. You can enter through an historic street door and the palace is fitted of lift, the square in front of the church and the palace in which the flat is situated have just been refurbished and the pavement completely done up adds a new sensation of accuracy.

Air Conditioned and heat pump

NORA flat in Florence, is fitted of 5 (five) internal appliances built into the wall for air conditioned. Every room and in particular every bedroom, in addition to the living area and the relaxing area, have the possibility to keep a temperature suitable to the maximum comfort. This is necessary especially in the summertime when the temperatures in Florence turn out to be high. The appliances for the production of cold air can be used also for producing hot air in winter. Anyway the flat is fitted of a separate heating system, which makes us presume that it is not necessary using this appliances in the wintertime.

NORA flat - San Lorenzo area - Florence – is fitted of three bedrooms.
The first, the luxury one, has a double bed with baldachined frame in chromium-plated and white painted wrought iron, with fabric drapery of the same colour of the furniture.
It is furnished also of a clothes cupboard with sliding doors in which put back the wardrobe.
Well lighted it is perfect for rest and relax.

Ogni stanza ed ogni camera in particolare, oltre l'area giorno e l'area relax, hanno la possibilità di mantenere una temperatura adeguata al massimo confort. Questo si rivela necessario soprattutto nel periodo estivo dove le temperature a Firenze risultano alte. Gli apparecchi per la produzione di aria fredda in inverno si possono utilizzare anche per la produzione di aria calda. Ad ogni modo l'appartamento è dotato di un impianto di riscaldamento indipendente, il che fa presumere che non sia necessario l'utilizzo di dette apparecchiature nel periodo invernale.

Camera Matrimoniale de-lux

L'appartamento NORA - zona San Lorenzo - Firenze - è dotato di tre camere da letto.
La prima, quella delux, ha un letto matrimoniale con struttura a baldacchino in ferro battuto dipinto di bianco e cromato, dei drappeggi di tessuto in tinta all'arredamento.
E' dotata inoltre di un armadio ad ante scorrevoli nel quale riporre il guardaroba.
Molto ben illuminata è perfetta per riposo e relax.
